VELUX® Open the Window for Homeowners to Design with Dayligtht

VELUX® attend and sponsor the Homebuilding & Renovating Show 2016

Leading roof window manufacturer and daylight experts, VELUX®, returned to the Birmingham Homebuilding and Renovating show in style as brand ambassador and TV personality Charlie Luxton gave an inspiring masterclass to homeowners on designing with daylight. The show, the biggest of its kind in the UK, was attended by 35,822 people on Friday 15th and Saturday 16th April as guests lined up to receive advice and top tips to help design their dream home.

Attendees of the Homebuilding and Renovating show were treated to top tips and advice from Charlie Luxton on the best ways to increase the amount of daylight in their home as well as helping to make it as energy efficient at possible through effective design. VELUX® members of staff were also on hand to demonstrate the latest products including the new VELUX white-painted roof window range.

Michelle Adamson from VELUX® said: "This year's Homebuilding and Renovating show was a great chance to help homeowners with their projects and give them advice on how to transform their homes with daylight.

"With Charlie Luxton's knowledge and expertise, guests of the show were able to get the best advice on practical design and inspiration from his masterclasses."

This is an exciting year for VELUX®. Not only is the company celebrating 75 years of producing quality products and designing with daylight, but they have also launched the new VELUX white-painted roof windows. The white finish - now standard at VELUX® - reflects more daylight back into a room than darker surfaces, bringing a fresh, modern touch.
